I offer both virtual and in-person workouts. My approach to training is slow and steady. I don't skip any detail or part of the process because the change that happens when you work with me is long-lasting.

We build strong bodies & minds. Those who live in the Los Angeles area, I will meet with weekly for measuring & photo sessions to document progress & transformation.

Body Work

To compliment the journey to transformation, body work (a form of deep tissue massage therapy)

allows me to help my clients clear the physical canvas so that proper building can take form.
